I design and produce gatherings that center connection, accessibility, and social impact. This approach fosters genuine connection and meaningful participation.With over a decade of experience working in non-profit, social enterprise, labour unions, and co-operative spaces, I understand the nuances of working with progressive organizations.I can come in at any level of support - from big picture strategy and program planning to detailed on-the-ground operations. From team-building and retreat facilitation to strategic visioning and event hosting, every experience is curated to your group’s specific goals and values.Having a neutral external facilitator takes the process burden off leadership and eases challenging discussions, allowing everyone to show up fully as participants. Creative facilitation also incorporates movement, music, and art to keep your group engaged in the issues that matter to you.
